Wayne A. Decker, 84, of Crescent City passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Gilman Healthcare Center in Gilman. He was born on July 25, 1937 in Kankakee, the son of William and Anna (Dykema) Decker.
Surviving are two sons, Don Decker of Crescent City and David Decker of Bourbonnais.
He was preceded in passing by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
Wayne served in the Illinois National Guard. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Danforth. Mr. Decker enjoyed yardwork, auctions, and attending antique shows. He was a retired farmer.
Cremation rites are being handled by Knapp-Redenius Funeral Home in Gilman. Per his wishes, there will be no services.
