Marci R. Stone

Marci R. Stone, 48 of Crescent City passed away on Tuesday July 4, 2023 at her home. She was born on November 21, 1974 in Watseka a daughter of Kenneth and Susan (Pfingsten) Kingdon. Marci married Ben Stone in Watseka on July 8, 2000 and he survives. Also surviving are seven children- Jessica (Marc) Dirks of Watseka, Drew (Torri) Stone of Morris, Emma (Jarrod) Metcalfe of Waxahachie, TX, Leah (Robert) Pettry of Crescent City, Abby Stone of Crescent City, Hannah Stone of Crescent City, and Samuel Stone of Crescent City; two grandchildren- Izzy and Mia Dirks; mother and step father- Susan (Terry) Carlson of Eufaula, AL; and father- Ken Kingdon of Marco Island, FL. Marci was a member of Living Hope Church in Watseka. She loved the gospel of Jesus Christ and women’s ministry. Marci was a wonderful mother and home school teacher. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday July 6, 2023 at Living Hope Church in Watseka with Pastor Ron Bogenschneider officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am...
