Jesus G. Carmona, 70 of Onarga passed away on January 1, 2021 at AMITA Health St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee. He was born on November 10, 1950 in Casacuaran Guanajuato Mexico the son of Cayetano and Petra Gaytan Carmona. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Carmona, nee Munoz; one daughter- Beronica (Roberto) Sanchez of Gilman; five sons- Jesus (Marissa) Carmona of Onarga, Sergio (Rubi) Carmona of Onarga, Enrique (Marie) Carmona of Carlisle, PA, Antonio Carmona of Onarga, and Felipe Carmona of Champaign; four brothers; two sisters; 12 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday January 6, 2021 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gilman with Fr. Marek Herbut officiating. Burial will be in the Onarga Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga.
