Jean Leanna Holt

Jean Leanna Holt, 92, of Gilman, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at her daughter's home in Wesley Chapel, FL. She was born on January 26, 1928 in Gilman, the daughter of Emil and Florence (Rife) Focken.
She married Jack H. Holt in Gilman on November 16, 1947 and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ned A. Holt; and one granddaughter, Kara.
Jean is survived by three children, Linda Jean Downs of Wesley Chapel, FL, Michael T. Holt of Gilman, and John E. (Donna) Holt of Gibson City; five grandchildren, Ian and Tom Franck, Kory (Justine) Holt, Sonya DeLong and Shellie Walford; nine great-grandchildren, Lance and Danielle Frank and Ryland Holt; eleven great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Reva Aubrey of Stockton.
Mrs. Holt was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Gilman, the Zion Evening Guild, Gilman Nursing Home Auxiliary, and Central Dress Factory Retirees.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2021 at Gilman Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Zion United Church of Christ in Gilman or Gilman Nursing Home Auxiliary.
