James L. (Jim) Lunger, 78, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away Wednesday, November 25th, 2020.
He had been cared for the past 10 months by a wonderful caregiver, Rose.
Jim was born August 26, 1941 in Villa Grove, Illinois. He was the son of Hugh and Cleo (Stultz) Lunger of Chrisman.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Lunger; brother, Jerry Lunger; and niece, Tina (Lunger) Scroggins.
Jim is survived by his sister, Shirley (David) Lorenzen; sister-in-law, Patti Lunger; nephews, Tony Lorenzen, Tracy Lorenzen, Tyler Lunger; nieces, Trudy Bell and Tasha Lawrence. He also has many great nephews and nieces.
Jim served in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for Southwest Airlines for many years.
Graveside rights will be determined at a later date with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Memorials in Jim's name can be made to the Chrisman American Legion, or the Chrisman Fire Department.
