James "Jay" Humbles

James "Jay" Humbles, 62, of Watseka passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka. He was born on March 1, 1959 in Heidelberg, Germany, a son of James G. and Raelene (Riess) Humbles.
Jay is survived by his significant other, Susan Murphy of Watseka; one son, Jesse Humbles of Louisville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Jayden and Cambrie Humbles; mother, Raelene Humbles of Watseka; brother, Joseph Humbles of Germany; sister, Raelene (David) MacDonald of Watseka; aunt, Maureen Powers of Oak Lawn; uncle, Michael Burns of Texas and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and his uncle, William Powers.
Jay enjoyed music.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
