Jack William Wedgbury

Jack William Wedgbury, age 2, of Midlothian passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022 at IU Health White Memorial Hospital in Monticello, IN. He was born on December 30, 2019 in Palos Heights, the son of Alan Wedgbury and Laura Gronsky.

Surviving are his parents, Alan Wedgbury and Laura Gronsky of Midlothian; two sisters, Alice Michelle Fox and Finley Jean Wedgbury of Midlothian; paternal grandmother, Ann Wedgbury of Sheldon; paternal grandparents, Chris (Irene) Newberry of Momence; paternal grandmother, Lisa Whitwell of Bourbonnais; maternal grandparents, Jennifer (Jim) Bauer of Chebanse; maternal grandfather, Joe Gronsky of Paxton; and maternal great grandparents, Larry (Jenny) Laird of Chebanse.

Jack was preceded in passing by his paternal grandfather, William Wedgbury and his maternal grandmother, Shirley Jean Gronsky.

Jack was a "dancing machine" who had a passion for music. He loved to be around the water, in his sandbox, or playing with his toy cars. He was so full of life and always on the move. Jack loved the movie, Turning Red and would enjoy taking selfies with his parent's phone anytime he could get a hold of one. Jack's favorite toy was his JJ and he will always be known for calling his milk, his "gulk".

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton.

Funeral services will be on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 11:00 am at Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton. Rev. Marsha Collins will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Chebanse.
