Dorothy M. Dickenson

Dorothy M. Dickenson, 70 of Onarga passed away on Friday January 14, 2022 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee. She was born on July 15, 1951 in New Castle, IN a daughter of Donna Shathawl. Survivors include two daughters- Laura (Adrian) Munoz of Onarga and Donna (George) Fanning of Watseka; two sons- George Dickenson Jr. of Onarga and Samuel (Maria) Dickenson of Gilman; three sisters- Patty Evans of Anderson, IN, Darlene Bridenthal of Logansport, IN, and Sandy Upton of Anderson, IN; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; her significant other- Dolores Ornelas of Onarga and her best friend- Kathy Ortega of Gilman. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and three sisters.

Dorothy enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

Graveside services at South Mound Cemetery in New Castle, IN will be held at a later date.

Dinner will be at Home Plate in Onarga on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
