Annette Marie Kozlowski-Rutgens

Annette Marie Kozlowski-Rutgens, 60 of Onarga, Illinois, formerly of Orland Park, Illinois, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Iroquois Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 31, 1961, a daughter of Albin and Anna Mae (Kwiatkowski) Kozlowski. Ron Rutgens proceeded her in death after 34 years of marriage.
She is survived by her parents of Naples, Florida; four sisters, Aileen Kozlowski of Orland Park, Allison (Bishop) Nettles of Frankfort, Amy (Jim) Pesavento of Winfield and Anne Kozlowski of Naples, Florida. Beloved aunt to nieces and nephews, Lindsay (Tim) Semanik, Austin, Maxwell and Dylan Nettles, Ava and Gabriella Pesavento and Daniel Kozlowski; and special significant other, Patrick Grant of Onarga, Illinois.
A 10:00 am mass service will be held at Our Lady of the Woods Church, 10731 W. 131st Street, Orland Park, IL on Saturday September 17, 2022 followed by a Celebration of Life at Palos Country Club in Palos Park, IL.
Arrangements are by the Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga.
