Andrew Siedlinski, 81, of Cissna Park passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022 at his residence.
Andrew was born on May 5, 1940 in Chicago, the son of Joseph and Bernice (Garionis) Siedlinski and they preceded him in death along with one brother. He married Bernadette Crema on February 14, 1997 in Bridgeview and she survives.
Besides his wife, Bernadette Siedlinski of Cissna Park, he is survived by one daughter, Gianna Velez of Cissna Park, and two children that were like sons to him, Scott Ritter of Cissna Park and Frankie Velez of Cissna Park; and one grandchild, Natalia.
Andrew worked in factories and warehouses on the loading dock before retiring. He was known to be a jokester and loved visiting with anyone. He was a hardworking man who loved his family and would give his shirt off his back to anyone he knew. Andrew served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Cremation rites have been accorded by the Knapp Funeral Home in Cissna Park.
