Lois J. Kennedy Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lois J. Kennedy, 81, of Milford passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Sheldon Health Care Center in Sheldon. She was born on April 22, 1939 in St. Anne, the daughter of Rudolph and Anna (Rabideau) Ahrens. She married Clarence E. “Pug” Kennedy in Milford on July 21, 1956 and he preceded her in death on February 19, 1991. She is survived by one son, Terry (Dawn) Kennedy of Milford; one granddaughter, Heather Kennedy of Tilton; one brother, Rudolph Jr. (Pat) Ahrens of Watseka; five sisters, Betty Ahrens of Watseka, Reta Myers of Watseka, Ruth Salm of Watseka, Anita (Darrell) Speers of Palm Bay, FL; and Kay (Jim) Green of Georgetown. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers; and three sisters. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of Milford Christian Church. She was an avid Cubs fan and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Milford. Graveside services will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Sugar Creek Cemetery in Stockland. Rev. Brent Zastrow will officiate.
