Wilma P. Snyder, 84, Chebanse, IL

Wilma P. Snyder, 84, of Chebanse passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at her home after a long battle with cancer.

Wilma was born February 19, 1928 in Schenectady, NY, a daughter of Harry and Eleanor Radliff Phillips.  She married Arthur Snyder on March 29, 1953 in New Canaan, CT and he preceded her in death on February 7, 1978.

Surviving are one son, Philip (Cynthia) Snyder of Chebanse and one daughter, Eleanor Griffin of Sheldon.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son-in-law, Doyle Griffin.

Mrs. Snyder was a member of the United Church of Chebanse.

A memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 26, 2012 at the United Church of Chebanse.  Rev. Dan Gansch will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Lansing.

Memorials may be made to Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
