Wanda M. Watts, 84, Watseka, IL

Wanda M. Watts, 84, of Watseka passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at her home.

Wanda was born September 5, 1927 in Childress, TX, a daughter of David and Maude Taylor Moon. She married Jenner Watts on March 23, 1943 in Hollis, OK and he preceded her in death on May 19, 1997.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharon (Ron) Schmidt of Watseka and Candy (John) Hall of Kentland, IN; two sons, Jerry (Charlotte) Watts of Berryville, AR and David (Susan) Watts of Sheldon; one brother, Robert Moon of Grandview, TX; one sister, Ruth Taylor of Grandview, TX; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Wanda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Watseka and she enjoyed crafts and reading.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Watseka. Rev. Ray Jackson will officiate. Burial will be at Body Cemetery in Woodland.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorials may be made to Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
