Stuart R. Kaeding, 38, Peoria, IL

Stuart R. Kaeding, 38, of Peoria passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Stuart was born July 4, 1973 in Watseka, a son of Jon and Ruddieann Goodwin Kaeding.

Surviving are his parents, Jon and Ruddieann Kaeding of Onarga; one sister, Amy (Bob) Reed of Ridgeville; two nephews, Aaron and Adam Reed of Ridgeville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Kaeding worked at Homa Law Offices in Peoria as an assistant and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Charleston Lions.  He was a 1991 graduate of Iroquois West High School, received his Bachelors Degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston and received his Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.  Stuart enjoyed reading, watching old movies, participating in community theatre and his family.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga.  Rev. Michael Poynter will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date in Ridgeland Twp. Cemetery in Thawville.
