Elsie M. Woods, 80, Watseka, IL

Elsie M. Woods, 80, of Watseka passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at her home.

Elsie was born July 14, 1931 in Crete, a daughter of Gustav and Katherine Hurling Sorensen.  She married John A. Woods in Danville and he preceded her in death.

Surviving are one daughter, Marlynn Persson of Phoenix, AZ; one special niece, Judy Krueger of Bourbonnais; and two grandchildren, Spenser Persson and Marissa Persson both of Los Angeles, CA.

Cremation rites were accorded with arrangements by Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka.
