Cindy Lu Kingdon, 54, Watseka, IL

Cindy Lu Kingdon, 54, of Watseka passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Iroquois Resident Home in Watseka.

Cindy was born November 23, 1957 in Danville, a daughter of W.L. and Helen Marie Beckner Isringhausen and they preceded her in death.  She married Brian Kingdon on October 15, 1983 in Watseka.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Kingdon of Watseka; two sons, Sam Kingdon of Indianapolis, IN and A.J. Kingdon of Watseka; and one brother, John (Maureen) Isringhausen of Hoopeston.

Mrs. Kingdon was a nurse for many years including eleven years at Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth.  She enjoyed her children and family.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka.  Rev. Hubert Lytle will officiate.  Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka.

Memorials may be made to Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth or Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
