Carl E. Drollinger, 85, Kankakee, IL

Carl E. Drollinger, 85, of Kankakee and formerly of Milford and Watseka passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.

Carl was born June 7, 1927 in Rankin, the son of Ross E. and Imel Morgan Drollinger and they preceded him in death.  He married Lulua M. Christiansen on June 3, 1951 in Rankin.

He is survived by his wife, Lulua Drollinger of Kankakee and one son, David Drollinger of Kankakee.

Mr. Drollinger served in the U.S. Army during WWII.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Milford and then in Watseka.  Carl enjoyed golfing and was a member of Shewami Country Club, Benton Country Club in Fowler, IN and Aspen Ridge Country Club in Bourbonnais.

Private graveside services will be held at the Rankin Union Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association or National Kidney Foundation.
