Gladys Ilene Reeder, 89, Watseka, IL

Gladys Ilene Reeder, 89, of Watseka, IL passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Watseka Rehab & Health Care Center.

Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the 11 a.m. service on Friday, June 25, at Knapp Funeral Home in Milford. Pastor Rod Light will officiate. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Milford.

Mrs. Reeder was born April 23, 1921 in Wasson, IL, a daughter of George and Joetta Bach Bryant. She married Charles Reeder on June 6, 1942 in Harco, IL and he preceded her in death in March, 1969.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Julie Reeder Jr. of Bryce; three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Doug Land of Hoopeston, Charlene and Jerry Perkins of Granada, MN and Judy and Mark Hart of Milford; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and four sisters.

Mrs. Reeder enjoyed country music and singing.
