Mardell I. Maltman, 76, of Onarga, IL passed away on Monday, Feb. 8, 2010 at Willowcreek Rehab & Nursing Center in Belleville.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11 at the Onarga Cemetery in Onarga, IL. Rev. Elizabeth Reis will officiate.

Mrs. Maltman was born Sept. 27, 1933 in Onarga, IL, a daughter of Harold and Jeannette Michaels Kincade. She married William “Bill” H. Maltman on June 20, 1952 in Champaign, IL and he preceded her in death on January 22, 2010.

Survivors of Mrs. Maltman include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert E. and Paula Maltman of Centralia, IL and Wayne A. Maltman of Illinois; two daughters and one son-in-law, Vickie J. and Garry Cole of Colfax, IL and Cindy Green of Bloomington, IL; seven grandchildren, James, Sarah, Alesha, Ashlei, Haleigh, Jennifer and Chelsi; two great-grandsons, Anthony and Colton James; two brothers, Gene Hastings of Lady Lake, FL and Butch Kincade of Houston, TX; and one niece, Angie Reid of Fairbury, IL.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Gerry Corvillian.

Mrs. Maltman loved to do rebating with coupons.

Memorials may be made to Iroquois Memorial Hospice.
